Junji Sakamoto
Made directorial debut in 1989 with Dotsuitarunen, and has been the recipient of many movie awards, including the Japan Academy Prize for Best Director in 2000, for his film, Face. Recent works include Children of the Dark (2008), Zatoichi: The Last (2010), Someday (2011), A Chorus of Angels (Kita no Kanariatachi) (2012), and Human Trust (2013).
