Introduction
WE ARE Perfume -WORLD TOUR 3rd DOCUMENT is a first documentary film of Perfume, a Japanese pop girl's group to commemorate the 10th year anniversary of their major label debut and 15th anniversary as a group. It follows “Perfume WORLD TOUR 3rd”, their live performance at SXSW 2015 and its backstage for two months across the world. Total shooting time came out to be over 500 hours, and it captures not only their performances with the latest high technology but their true characters.

Taketoshi Sado started his career at NHK in 1990. He's been producing various music programs such as Japanese traditional big competition on New Year's Eve "NHK Red and White Year-End Song Festival (Kohaku Uta Gassen)", "MUSIC JAPAN" and all the documentaries of Perfume broadcasted by NHK. As being an Executive Producer of NHK Enterprises himself, he makes the feature director debut with this film.
